My rating is zero!!!!! I spent an enormous amount of money in this salon for a cut and colour because I allowed my stylist to upsell me on an entire line of products. My mistake. Turns out I wasn't happy with the results which happens sometimes. The owner however, wouldn't stand behind the products his staff person sold to me and accused me of making my hair look worse the day that he was to assess it. They are quick to take your money, to prey on people wanting to look better and feel better. I should have known this was a bad salon when every time I've walked in there I saw five stylists standing around. I guess that's why they have to push the products so aggressively.

Do yourself a favour, seriously, go somewhere else.
